Collections

If customers use their own courier to collect goods from our warehouse, liability for loss or damage will transfer to the customer.

UK Postage

UK postage charges vary based upon size, weight and quantity of items purchased.  We use Fed Ex for our parcel deliveries.  Our standard postage is £8.50.  Bulky items may need to go via pallet.  Small orders may go via post office and may not be delivered next day.

You can cancel your orders without reasons, provided the display is not a "made to order" stand, within 7 working days from the day after the day you received the goods. You will be refunded any amount you have been charged within 30 days of cancellation. However, in the event the goods have been delivered or despatched to you prior to cancellation, you must return the goods to us, and pay the costs of shipping and credit card charges. Any goods returned must be received by us in the same condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.

If the goods are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched a full refund will be made. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.

It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
