You can cancel your orders without reasons, provided the display is not a "made to order" stand, within 30 working days from the day after the day you received the goods. You will be refunded any amount you have been charged within 30 days of cancellation. However, in the event the goods have been delivered or despatched to you prior to cancellation, you must return the goods to us, and pay the costs of shipping and credit card charges. Any goods returned must be received by us in the same condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.
If the goods are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched a full refund will be made upon receipt of photographic evidence clearly showing damage to the item and/or packaging. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.
It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
When returning fragile items such as acrylic displays, please ensure to package well (preferably in original packaging) and purchase insurance to protect against damages as we will not refund damaged returned goods.
For acrylics purchased, please allow up to 3-5mm tolerance due to laser cutting process.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us using original condition within 14 days of delivery date and, once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (this does not include bespoke/made to order products). Postage and packing fees will not be refunded in the case of non faulty items. Discretionary Restocking fee may be charged
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Where possible, please check item upon delivery. Damages and faults MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. You may be asked for photographic evidence of any damage to both the item/s and packaging to aid in further investigations. When replacements are sent, we shall send out via next day service where possible, but timed deliveries will be chargeable should they be requested.
